CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, the 50% fee will still apply. However, we will gladly rebook your appointment and waive the requirement for an additional deposit. This fee is applied to compensate for the appointment time reserved specifically for you, not for services rendered. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
